Anyone else get an email saying ‘due to operational requirements’ your start state has been pushed back?
This is due to having too many crew over the winter period and a reduction in flying, They've have to cancel some routes with the ongoing 787 engine problems as well
Unpaid leave has been offered to current crew for 3-5 Months during November to March.
Therefore no new recruitment is required until early next year as there is already limited work for the current crew.
Omg! Did they state in the email what was the reason ? Have you done all your references and dbs check ? Who is your reference company?
