I was thinking the exact same thing about the telephone interview. I found this which was really helpful. I've heard somewhere that you aren't really supposed to talk about it so no one really knows what's going to come up but this seems good prep

Could someone shed light on the concept of "crew house"? I was speaking with a friend of mine who flies for BA, and he said there are these houses for BA crew where you can stay before/after your flights and that it works a bit like a hotel (you book the nights you need in advance), but its cheaper.

My friend also said the ones he knows are for BA crew only but said VS should have the same. True? if so, how could I get more info about these?
