Hi! I'm from Poland and i'm just wondering about nationalities they will go with first ?? It's obvious dubai based people are the first shot but any ideas about next ones in the line? I will just keep checking the status 2-3 times a day like i'm doing it right now ?? Good luck everyone! Hope to see u in Dubai ??????

I don't really know. They didn't disclose any information on the recruitment process to us.

Nationalities would depend if they have any planned recruitment in certain cities, if they are planning to open a new route then they go recruit in that country before they start flying there. Also if they have a shortage of language speakers, then they recruit for those also.

So aside from making up the numbers they need, they also have to take into account where they have too little or too many. For instance, at one time they stopped recruiting from Phillipines as there were so many crew from there and they want to keep a balance. (Some pax complain when there are 'too many' from one country/region on a flight, for example, one Skytrax review the customer said he didn't like that almost all the crew were Thai on his flight and if he wanted all Thai crew he'd fly Thai airways lol. Bit harh but that is how some pax think. And the company does listen to the pax.
