i am massively freaking out now. I have a tattoo on my foot. If I wear the right shoes it can be covered though. Is that still not acceptable? How big was the tattoo on the foot of the girl who got turned away? Did it take up her whole foot?

If they can't see it, it won't be a problem.

But what type of shoes do I have to wear? Because I'm scared they will make me wear shoes which wont cover it. It is about an inch above my toes. Which is still a court shoe which shows some skin I think? I haven't gone proper shoe shopping yet, but I'm jus wondering what BA thinks is acceptable

Just send them a photo and they will tell you

You can wear any court shoes that you like as long as they have a rounded or slightly square toe ( no really pointed ones) and the heal is no more than three inches high. They have to be plain black and have no adornments on them and not patient.

What is a special tattoo cover? I have one I would like to hide to!!!!

I also have a tattoo question please - I was just wondering what the uniform is for women on BA as I have a tattoo just above my ankle about an inch in length. With trousers it will be covered, but can be seen with tights and a skirt. Shall I still send a photo to recruitment? Many thanks for your help

Unfortunately that won't be allowed. You will need to get it removed.

Mixed Fleet don't wear trousers, so it will count as a visible tattoo.

Definitely email a photo before travelling down for an interview.
