Does anybody knows the usual requirements that helps you to be succesfull for this airline? (age,-I'm 31 years old-) experience or it´s not mandatory, number of languages etc?

Hi :)

You have to be able to pass the reach test, which is shoes off and one hand in the air on your tipy toes to reach into the over head compartment for the first aid kit/ fire extinguisher. You also have to be able to buckle yourself into the crew seats. This is all done on the day of your face to face interview. You must complete an online interview before all this of course. I think fluent english is required, but a second language is great.

you must look the part with the hair and make up and having nice headshots is a plus.
