Is anyone aware of private airlines hiring at the moment. I was looking for airlines based in Rome or Malta particularly (not VistaJet pls) already applied a few years back and did not get through.

Very few opportunities out there at the moment - business aviation is not at its best. There are many companies closing or just struggling and there is a lot of competition for jobs as VIP cabin crew as there are so few around. Malta as an aviation hub is thriving, so you may well have more chances there... You could try Maleth, Hyperion or Air X for future recruitment.

thanks for your reply, unfortunately been keeping an eye on those and they've had no openings in a while. Are you aware of any private airlines based in Rome?

I can't think of any airlines working out of Rome, but there is this one know looking for Milan Linate base:
