I’m a previous cabin crew member (about a decade ago), but just after some information on shift patterns on the short haul carriers operating out of Luton. I work in the NHS however looking at returning to flying.

I worked for Virgin previously but looking for a role that gives me more time at home (not all long-haul).

If anyone would be willing to give me an example of what a short-haul rota looks like that would be great.
