Im with Silkair from Singapore for a year, and I planned to resign and join air asia in Malaysia.

But i have 2 lapses within my employment with silk air, should i tell air asia I have work with silk air or not?

If i tell them im an ex crew ====> they will check my record wif silk air
If i dont tell them im an ex crew ====> they will think im newbie and less chance of getting hired

Which one is important?

I would say it's better to say you are ex crew, as I am sure the next airline will appreciate the experience you have. It gives you a better chance of getting the job if anything! Good luck with your next move!
