I had surgery for a nerve injury back in 2009. I have a small scar (not visible with clothing on) and one leg a little weaker than the other ;it works fine I just couldn't put weight and stand on it as long as the other one). Apart from that I've had no problems since the operation and no other health issues. I'm generally healthy and use the gym on average five times per week. Would this deter me from passing the cabin crew medical? Also, if surgery happened more than five years ago do you need to declare it?

Does anyone know if they check everyones medical history or just if you put yes for any of the questions on the medical form?

i would fill it in as you have done with other airlines, I doubt they will look negatively on this as now you are in a good place. x

Have any of you guys had any problems with the immunisation history document? I have no access to my immunisation history as all of it would have been done when I was a child and living in another country as well. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I am really worrying.
