AD Beginning of JAN - Offered date for May World Class. They cancelled world class and I was offered a new date as main crew in June. Cancelled June course and now starting in July.

Not holding my breath for a July start at the moment, looks like it’ll be pushed even further.

EDIT: These aren’t just personal pushbacks due to referencing, these were entire courses being moved for “operational” reasons.

Did you receive confirmation for the change of start date. I'm also due to start in June and haven't received anything to inform of a change.

You’ll be waiting a while unfortunately, lots of April/May courses have just been cancelled so the crew are back in the hold pool and will likely get priority when courses are reassigned.

I think it’ll be a while at this point for the aviation industry to get back on its feet, I think it’s only a matter of time before BA starts making redundancies with current crew. BA having already submitted HR-1 paperwork to the government, covering all areas of the company for redundancies. Frequency on routes won’t be the same when flying resumes and the crew they currently have, will be surplus to requirement unfortunately.
