16k isn’t terrible. Bit of an industry average. Wage will be nice if you add commish, flight page, allowances etc...

Does anybody know if male cabin crew with the new uniform have the option of wearing long sleeve shirt or only short sleeves?

Was that senior salary you were mentioning? Yeah 16k isn't great for senior.

Long sleeve options are available for males and females.

MAN wages will fall "just below" that of DUB based crew, however no official figures are out yet. DUB Juniors are on €13,575 base, DUB Seniors €17,995.

Edited for clarity: The above DUB numbers are for seasonal crew who have been hired by Nobox in previous years, not Aer Lingus contracted permanent crew.

In Dub we start at 25K euro basic

That will probably fall in line with the £16k rumour. Just below DUB pay and then taking into account the exchange rate.

My current basic at a large LCC, not the blue one, is 19.5K.
