I received email about 5 weeks ago asking for my documents sent them straight away haven’t heard anything since until yesterday saying Iv not been successful. I am still flying with another airline and what Iv heard is most of the crew already work for them so there just transferring them over. There only wanting 50 new crew so if you’ve not heard anything I’d say you haven’t got it. Maybe try again when they next recruit. I think there treading carefully at the moment but hopefully we all be in the sky again soon xxxx

Same here, i know three people that just got the rejection emails but I have heard nothing at all..the last communication was when i sent my documentation. I hope they let us know either way!

Not sure about how others are feeling.
I have received my contract and had it withdrawn after I had handed my notice in to start end of May. I have been told I could be on a course in September but no guarantees.
The whole recruitment has been a joke. I have friends who have today who have received their rejection emails after 3 months today.
with all this I am now thinking Aer Lingus may not be a wise move.

I agree Flyboy2021. Looks like I'm in the same boat as many others, documents submitted and heard absolutely nothing. I take from the lack of response from Nobox that I've not be successful, professional courtesy would be to send everyone an email to let them know either way after they've gone to the trouble of completing their assessments and applications. Even if it is a "please bear with us as we're still calculating numbers" etc. I know they've got to be careful in the current climate, don't blame them for that but it doesn't take a lot to send an email. As its been mentioned before, the creation of 120 'new' jobs that Aer Lingus were happy to tell the media all about is somewhat very misleading if they've just transferred people. Don't know about anyone else, but if this is how they treat people during recruitment, God only knows what they're like with you once you're hired! As they say, everything happens for a reason so it obviously just wasn't meant to be! Hope everyone gets to where they want to be soon. Stay safe everyone x

I really hope your contract is eventually fulfilled and you train in September. I've not heard anything at all since I returned my photo and other personal details. Was so looking forward to having the opportunity of an interview and being able to fly again if I was successful. Maybe if a UK -USA flight corridor is eventually approved there might be hope for the future....Best wishes and good luck

Just to let you know I was awaiting for my final interview... and I just got an e-mail stating that the process is now closed.

However, those awaiting final interviews will be placed in a holding pool for future vacancies for the Aer Lingus MAN's operation.

I had my interview at the start of May. They have just replied saying that the campaign is now closed and that I have been placed into a candidate pool. See below. I guess it’s not a no! Anyone else had this reply?

I hope I receive an email saying that I'm still being considered for vacancies in the future...I've heard nothing despite emails to Nobox.
Aer Lingus in Dublin did give me email addresses to contact at Nobox but no one has replied

Just wondered if anyone has heard anything else at all.....? Repeated emails to Nobox but never receive any reply.......

Some people may be getting calls for start dates again. They called me today offering a 14th Feb start date but unfortunately I’ve had to decline as I have a family holiday booked that week (frustratingly).
