Does anyone work as Cabin Crew for Aer Lingus who commutes from Spain? Or is it a requirement to live in Dublin?

Hello everyone!I have applied through Aer lingus website,and not through Nobox, for the position of cc.After I completed the online test, I received a cal for a face to face interview in Dublin.As I am currently not in Ireland I would like to know if the recruitment process through Aer Lingus is different than the one in Nobox.Also, do they only offer fixed term seasonal contracts in both cases?
