Hi there folks

How many of you have heard thé excuse of all:
"Your English is insufficient!"?
A cheap and fast way to reject people who do not fit the profile
whatever that may contain or define set up by mostly 1 person.
Before you even get to the group session or individual interview?
Well, let me tell you something:
I am cabin crew at a British airline company although I'm Belgian
and have served several seasons abroad as such and speak,
write and read fluent 6 languages, including English.
And here's my experience with Flybe and Cityjet:
people who barely controlled English got hired.
When I confronted them they either hooked up the phone or told me to
and I quote bugger off.
I don't know how it's like at Easyjet or Ryanair but why look for foreign
candidates and refuse them?
Does anybody had to waste their time with this bollocks too?

Have a nice day and remember you're worth it.

On my easyJet assessment day at Gatwick several non-native English speakers got through to the interview stage, from Spain, Italy and Slovenia so maybe easyJet are a little more international and open-minded?
