My timeline:

• 7th March - Open Day
• 8th March - Assessment Day
• 9th March - Final Interview
• 10th March - Upload photos and fill form
• *waiting*

A few of my batchmates received a mail reg. photo reupload.
Rest of us are waiting for the scar/medicals mail.

I know it's pretty early to expect a medicals mail from them as I've read it takes anywhere from a month to a few months after photo upload! But I can't help but worry that this corona pandemic might delay the process even more

A total of 49 people got through the final interview on day 3. I know it's a lot! Maybe they'll filter after scar/medicals or maybe their requirement is high cuz of FIFA 2022. Hope we all get thru tho

Hearing and reading a lot of stories about current crew being forced to take unpaid leaves and some are even getting their contact terminated!
Another friend was saying they aren't taking in any new batches for the coming 4 months!
Hope all these are just rumors and with Qatar, nothing can be said for sure tbh

Just praying for this pandemic to pass through quickly and hopefully they'll dish out the mails soon!

yup! all I can say right now... hope for the best and the perfect time will come to us! All we can do right now is pray
my DOJ is supposed to be 13th march. 8th march I got a phone call from QR that my DOJ will be delayed until further notice. They said they'll keep us updated every two weeks. But I haven't heard from them since then.
So yeah just BE POSITIVE, nobody's never know what's going to happen next and there's no guarantee that every news is TRUE. This pandemic shall pass, and soon we'll get back to normal again.

Wow.. getting delayed at the last moment..I can't even imagine how it feels for you! I'll pray for you my friend , for us all and for the entire aviation sector, which is in a dire condition right now! Let's all be positive, I'm sure the demand will hit the roof once this tide passes through
