Do people get sent home at various stages of the day or does everyone get an interview? Also how long do they usually last isit just one day from like 8:00am till 5pm or isit a full day then you have to come bk a day later for the interview? Also can I ask where they usually hold their assessment days in London / any answers would be great thanks peoplexx     Jump to Top

Just finished an assessment centre and could give you a description of my experience but I think if you follow this link I found you can find out more info than I could give you. This website has practice assessment day tests and explains the process really well. They dont have a page for Virgin but they have for BA and for EasyJet. Hi guys, I had a virgin AD earlier this month and I am pleased to say I was successful!!!. the whole day was a fantastic experience in their state of the art training HQ in crawley. The AD takes approx 5 hours but can vary depending how fast your interview goes. the groups are relatively small between 9-15 people id say and the virgin staff are absolutely fantastic. My best advice for all those attending a virgin AD is: Virgin aren't like other airlines who look for experience and strong customer service knowledge. their more concerned about finding people with the write personality ( virgin flair) and this is heavily reflected on the tasks that you will be asked to undertake. Make the effort to really get to know the other candidates. it's never easy walking into a room full of people you don't know but just remember thery're all in the same situation as you and no body is going to bite your head off for saying hello, even if they do then you don't want to waste your time with them because there defo not the write person for the job dont be a teachers pet by trying to earn extra brownie points from the recruiters by laughing extra hard at their jokes or by wearing red. just be your self smile and if your right for the job then they will see it. I recently applied for a job with Virgin Australia guest Services, BNE and have been contacted for an assesment day as of tomorrw... Was wondering what is in store for me? as I am really nervous because I want this job sooo badly! Interview questions, group activities, what to wear the basic numerical tests and what not? if ANYONE could help me out I would muchly appreciate it.
