The milestone tracker will work when you receive green light for the medicals. My timeline so far:

28 jan: OD/AD/FI
30 jan: access to ACZ
09 feb: request to upload pictures
15 feb: 'photographs received' E-mail

Now still waiting for the green ligh to start medicals. This could be a few months of waiting.

I was in Doha last February (Experienced Cabin Crew) and I sent my pics (1st email in 6/March).On the 16 March, email to upload pics again and...no more info.
I don't know if it's bad or good...
Today I sent an email asking about some news regarding my interview...

May 8 my batchmates got email for them to send scar photo and bare face photo, my friend and I did not get email asking for our scar photo

No I am waiting for any further email...waiting for the green light for medicals hopefully

Hello i'v just received an email saying that they received my photos and that the final outcome will be in about 21 days but I'm capable of uploading my medicals and translated documents but i didn't, should I upload them or should i wait for their e-mail ???? Thank you in advance

Wait for the email, follow their instructions. If they wanted the medicals too they would have told you so straight away. Prepare them so onec they request them from you you can uploa them to the portal immediately. Either way once you uploaad them it will take them from 1 month up to 5 months to check them and get back to you. Just be patient!!

I have given my FI on 19th August 2019 in Mumbai. They asked me to upload my photographs on 22nd August 2019. I uploaded my photographs in the ‘ACZ’ on 24th aug 2019.Since then i did not get a single mail from them. Whereas one of my friends gave the interview on the same day from the same place as mine. He got his medical clearance within a month. He had got a photo acceptance mail as well. I dint get anything as such.
Please help me on what to do.

Hello guys i pass my interview with Qatar airways ground staff a months ago now the sent me and email leading me to the onbording zone than they changed my status from feed back pending to preparing for a written offer
Can you guys tell me what does that mean and what is the next step
P.S i haven't receive any other email after changing my status
