Hi everyone !

I know that it will still be a while before Virgin can bring back people,
I was so happy to be selected by VA in the latest recruitment ride in 2019 but then like many people I was placed in talent holding pool.

Now, since I am Italian and Brexit came into force just in the middle of the pandemic and I didn't apply for the pre-settled status, do you think Virgin could sponsor me in this scenario?

thank you so much
sending out best wishes and best of luck in these hard times to everyone

Unfortunately in this scenario it’s highly unlikely that an airline will pay to sponsor visa requirements for an overseas candidate.

Much like with foreign citizens applying to US airlines, right to work is always a pre-requisite and is not something that airlines are willing to pay.
