Hi, Just wanted some clarification on a couple of things. How does sector pay work? If it's say £10 per sector and I fly to say Palma and back do I get paid £10 or £20? Also on a weekly roster how many days would u be flying and how many days on standby roughly?

Every time you take off you get a sector. With standbys it's pretty much random, you could work an entire block of shifts with no standbys or have 7 standbys in a month... it's random.
