Hello guys

I am here because I have many doubts about the recruitment of Ryanair.

Exactly a year ago, I had passed the interview and I had received Bergamo as base .. then I gave up their proposal.
I have found a job in my city and I am working as an employee.
but in the last period, I was thinking about the cabin crew career as it has always been my dream.
I would like to know, what has changed in a year? Something is changed?
what about the contracts? And the salary? is there a risk of earning very few money?
with my current job, I earn about 1,100 euros a month.
I need all the information I need to know if it's worth leaving my current job to go with ryanair. I accept all your advice as a friend and I’d like to hear your experience!

It highly depends on the base they give you. Just to make an example, there is a huge difference between the salary you would earn in Prague and in Charleroi. Every base has its own basic and hourly pay. Depending on this, monthly average pay can range between 800 and 1800 euros
