Hi all,

Wondering if anyone is able to shed some light on the arm reach of 210cm without shoes... is this flat feet or on tip toes?

Also the test to brace with feet flat on floor whilst sitting in jump seat... is this with back flat against back of seat or folded brace position?

I have been crew before but never been asked to carry out such tests and would hate to not return to the skies because of these requirements.

Thank you all in advance

Hi there
I had an interview last year
They ask you to remove shoes and close an overhead locker. Tip toes is fine for this. The brace position is with back flat against chair and feet flat on floor. Which would be needed for rear facing brace position. I’m just under 5ft 4 and I did it no problem. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Good luck xxx
