Yes in theory, you can... but you could be asked why you did that if they found out - they may question your honesty, which is a very important trait in cabin crew. If you have applied for the same airline many times and not got through - the recruiter may recognise you through photographs or your work experience etc. So, yes you can, but be able to answer the question if it gets asked.

I’m thinking , if I have gone to work with an airline - and left then tried the rejoining process with no luck..

If I apply to same airline under different name and passport number will they know I once worked for them..

Although not impossible, I still think that at some point someone would recognise you or put the pieces together... I mean there is nothing to stop you trying, just be prepared if anyone asks, as they may question your integrity...
