Hey, my timeline has been quite long, starting in March 2018. Here it is.

10/03 - OD
11/03 - FI
14/03 - Access to ACZ
15/03 - Photos Uploaded
20/03 - Request to reupload photos
22/03 - Photos reuploaded
13/05 - Request to upload medicals
21/05 - Medicals uploaded
22/05 - Request to reupload a certain medical report
04/06 - Medical report reuploaded


Still waiting to hear back.

Waiting is frustrating, but don't get discouraged! If you haven't received a regret e-mail, you are still on track to be hired. Hang in there!

My timeline was extremely long: over 7 months between the Open Day and Start of Training.

(all dates 2018)
06-07 Jan: OD/AD/FI Jakarta
08 Jan: ACZ email / uploaded all docs + photos
08 Feb: phone call requesting additional photos
06 Mar: phone call requesting to meet with recruiters (second opinion)
18 Mar: Meeting with other recruiters
08 April: Medical email
17 April: uploaded medical documents
11 May: email requesting additional photo
27 June: email confirming medical clearance and DOJ
24 Aug: travel date
26 Aug: start training

With the Medical email, you are assigned to an Onboarding Coordinator. You can call and e-mail this person directly. I highly recommend calling if you are waiting and nothing is happening, since they don't respond very fast (sometimes not at all) to emails.

its july already still no sign of email for medicals..bdw anyone who went for final interview in Mumbai on 12 june 2018. this waiting is killing me.

After uploading photo, no email or contact from QR at all.

Wondering if there is any one who received a request to upload scar photo?
I did declare my scar when writing pre-medical form during the assessment day.
Wondering if any one who has the same case as mine, but received an email to upload scar photo?

Hi, my current timeline is:

OD & FI: 30/06
ADZ: 03/07
Photos uploaded: 06/07

Called HR and they said the photos are under review

By the way greatgrace, I did declare scars on the form and I haven't had a request for any photos of those scars (they aren't visible though).
I think they'll just check once in Doha.

I had been terminated from Qatar airways in May of this year as I didn't declare a scar during my interview and I declared it once I reached doha. Now I am waiting for my 6 months ban to get over so that I can reapply again. Am also removing my scar for the time being. Has anyone been in my shoes earlier and had got selected when applied again after termination ?? I really want to be part of this airline.

Hello Raisa, I am terribly sorry to hear that! They terminated you after you arrived at Doha? That is surprising news....Can you share us how severe it is your scar and how detail QR is examining new joiner's body?
