For all those that have interviews and for those potentials thinking of applying I have included in this message all the research I prepared for my interview. It helped me loads, and I actually breezed through the interview because I had done adequate preparations. I did however spend almost a week before my interview polishing my answers so be warned, if you want it bad enough you need to do the hard graft.
Hopefully this will ease the pressure slightly!
Please note the questions below are a not in any way the questions that you may be asked, they are for educational purposes only and do not reflect the BA recruitment process.

Sample Interview Questions

How have you
dealt with cultural differences?

Tell me
about dealing with an angry person.

When have
you provided good customer service?

When have
you been thrown in at the deep end?

When have
you dealt with someone from a different ethnic background?

motivates you to deliver great customer care?

Tell us of a
time when you had to deliver sad news?

Tell us of a
time when you have delivered customer services beyond that of your job

Why do you want to be cabin crew?

Why do you want to work for British

What business challenges does BA
face? And how as cabin crew can you overcome these?

Hi jackdobbins - thanks for your very helpful tips for AD's!

I have my AD on 24th June at 11.45 - getting nervous now!!

I have also found that prep for any interview is really important too. Be able to give several examples of a situation and try to relate to any relevant experience you have and practise speaking about yourself too.

I have run through an 'interview' with my colleagues which also helps - and the same with the dreaded roleplays (in between the collapsing on the floor with laughter - hope I don't do this in the interview!).

In meantime, I'll keep practising stretching up to 6' 7''!

Good luck to anyone else who has an AD this week!

Lol!! If you look at the suggested websites you need to think about your OWN ideas/experiences and make it YOUR AD and be confident in yourself!! I wrote mine down on flash cards (Q and A's) and practised speaking out loud LOL

Good luck!
