In reply to post #10...
for working for one of the big australian airline myself i can attest that their recruitment is more simplistic than that. Beside the heights and size requirement as well as the residency/citizenship issue , it s all about check list. YOu can be well groomed and positive smiley and all but if during the interview itself you do not come up with the key words they are looking for you won t make it. As simple as that. Aquick search on the net will get you the recuurent question coming up on interview there no 100 of of them and they are all the same. Few example are the following :
Q1: what made you apply for this position?
Q2 How did you hear about this job?
Q3 Can you briefly give a short description of your work history and education?
Q4 What are your long term employment and career goals?
Q5 can you describe a difficult obstacle in your life or work place that you have had to overcome.
Q6 how would you describe yourself as a person?
Q7 what kind people do you find most difficult to work with and why?
Q8 what are your strength and weaknesses?
Q9What aspect of your previous work experience would you say has prepared you for this job and why ?
Q10what skills could you bring to the position?
etc.....
i mean yo have a few more up to you to prepare your answer. Always be modest , answer that put you in a positive light (eg Q: don t start treashing a certain category of pax , don t say that you work with everyone either, just explain that it is hard to work with someone who do not follow basic rule of safety , the examinator can t argue with that , and show how you take owneership of the issue and turn it to your advantage) always prepare an extra answer to each question , just in case they turn the question a different way to check your consistency (what is the better customer experience you ever give/ give me an example of what is an exceptonal customer experience?) You have key word you have to place . There is nothing magic , a bit of homework and you start thinking like the airline want you to think.

Runescape Guide - Miscellaneous Guides

In Al Kharid, a brief walk east from Lumbridge, a new retailer has dared to challenge Ali Morrisane's monopoly - and, curiously adequate, Ali M appears not to thoughts.
Runescape Gold

RS Gold
Buy RS GoldThis new salesman, called Faruq by pals and enemies alike, sells trinkets of such abstract objective that even the most competitive of merchants cannot support but be impressed that they sell at all.

Check out the Hogan Personality Inventory and also do a search on how it is interpreted. It is a type of psychometric test that is used in occupational settings. It's what QF has used and is still used when applicants are progressing through the application process via MAM (Maurice Alexander Management.
