Hi! I went to the OD in Oporto (July 27th) and don't worry, they pick you as long as you speak english enough to have a good conversation and if you have an outgoing and lively personality, just smile :) and stay calm :p talk about your job experience that has to do with customer experience (if it was about selling, then they will love you), but if you don't have that kind of experience they might choose anyway :p don't worry. And just follow the dressing rules they give you on the e-mails:
"All Ladies are required to wear the following:
1.A knee-length skirt.
2.Flesh coloured or clear tights.
3.Short sleeved shirt or blouse."
Just that. Easy.
Wear some heels, you don't have to wear high ones, just normal. Just look at the uniform of Ryanair CC. Something close to that is fine. Colour doesn't matter. They don't say anything about it, so it doesn't matter :p
Don't be nervous, it's easy, just have fun, enjoy and feel free to ask what you want to know, just don't make stupid and unecessary questions :s and don't forget you CAN'T have ANY tattoos on the forbiden areas! ANY! Otherwise they send you home right away, even before the english test, unless you say you will remove them. Go to the "Interview" topic of this forum and search for some questions they will ask you. If you are well prepared it will be easier, and most important, search for info about the company and about the job, you will have to write it down :p
Sorry for the long post and GOOD LUCK! |
