But wondering how the rosters look like;
what benefits do they have;
how much will the salary approx will be;
is there a salary during the training.

Anyone had any news since they applied ? Just a generic email received after the application saying that suitable candidate will be contacted directly for an interview.....is there no online test this year ?

Also heard nothing... !... though I am not hopeful. Last year 4 of us applied all with good flying experience (legacy carriers) and not one was considered "suitable" (their words!)
But I have sent an application off with a cheerful outline of me and my skills in that part of the application portal.
Maybe we have to wait till it closes end of December.

I am Norwegian cabin crew LGW based for long haul on the 787.
A few answers to your questions.

You should expect to be away for any time from 4 days up to 14 days (sometimes more but Its quite rare for LGW crew to be rostered more than 14 days at a time at a time) the trips can feel long of your not used to working away. You will be working with a mix of crew, sometimes crew from USA or the Bangkok Base.

The destinations are nice and they are adding new destinations all the time. We have just added Las Vegas and Puerto Rico. We also have Boston coming next year.

A typical roster could look like this:

Salary on a busy month can be 1800-1900 after tax but on a quiet mon the with alot of standbys and bullets (there and backs) will be around 1500. It really just varies on what your roster is like. We get a garantee of 8 days off per month. 4 weeks holiday a year.

I've applied for both SH and LH. SH I was shortlisted to the assessment, a friend didn't get through to that. LH, I'm still waiting to hear.
