Fingers crossed for us all!
I started my referencing with Sterling on Nov 30th, I've tried contacting them over a week ago just to get an update on how my file is coming along and I've not had a response from them.
What would be the best way to contact them as I'm having no luck whatsoever?
If any of you need to contact Sterling:
britishairwaysSWA@sterlingts.com
They usually reply within 48 hours.
I applied for the job in May 2016 and soon after had my AD/Offer.
I've just withdrawn my application/offer today as I am drained with it all.
I do not wish this awful process upon anyone. Sterling are outrageous.
Best of luck to you all. (Especially if you're with Sterling).
I understand it takes a while for referencing to be done (I work in an airport currently and it took forever to get my full airside pass) but I just like to be kept in the loop of what's going on with my file.
Good luck!
Is there a group page for this?
I had mine a few weeks ago, basically a security questionnaire which lasts about 15 mins - very straight forward questions,
then medial, urine sample, which is tested for glucose etc, then meeting with the doctor - reflex tests, blood pressure, health questions, then injections with the nurse - yellow fever, TB, malaria etc
then uniform fitting which is basically trying on the uniform and making sure you get the sizes fit etc.
I was at waterside in total about 3 hours.
they will normally let you park on site if you have welcome letter etc.
hope this helps
Tim
