I am currently in college studying cabin crew, I have been free from mental health issues for approximately 3 years, I have read CAA guidance and it’s a straight up no.
I asked my tutor who is ex BA cabin crew as well as an ex trainer and she said there wouldn’t be a need for me to disclose this information.
Do the aeromedical examiners look through your health record?
All help is appreciated.
Thanks
If you’ve had no health issues, then there’s nothing to worry about. Even if you have, there still usually nothing to worry about unless it will effect you flying, or could come back if you started flying.
