I asked the recruitment team what the grooming standards are for men and they just replied that " This can be asked and discussed on your assessment day. "

So I still don't know what to do, clean shave, or ... ?

I normally have a short - medium stubble.

Can someone help me out? :)

So I guess I should just clean shave? :)

I think that you will be fine with having stubble seeing as there are many Virgin Atlantic male cabin crew who have stubble/beards :)
