Fixed term to permanent?

Just wondering if anyone knows when taken on a fixed term/seasonal do EasyJet then invite you back the next season?

If so do they eventually offer a permanent position? And approx how many seasons would I take working to be offered permanent.

I know this is completely dependent on the base & crew demand but just a rough figure would be great.

Thank you X

Hiya! :)

As you've said already, it varies hugely depending on demand. When I started in LGW, I was given a fixed term contract - I was then given permanent part year (10/12) that winter, and permanent full time the year after that.

Some crew in following years were hired immediately on full time permanent contracts!

Without more information, it's impossible even to guess. Could be anything from one summer, to 3 or 4 I suppose. Broadly speaking, the chance of being kept on will increase with base size - so long as your performance is up to standard, they will always want to hire you over someone with no experience if they have positions.

Go for it, and good luck to you!
