I think need to relocate to Finland first . As crew operate on both short and long flights . Plus I read somewhere that there is no salary during the training time . And I guess hotel will be not covered for the training period too

Hey guys how are you?

I'm on my way to apply for a finnair cabin crew position but I would like more information and experience from people who already applied or worked for them.
Here are my questions:
- what kind of tests are the online tests? (English? Metric? Personality?)
- what kind of questions during the video interview? Is it more about yourself or about your previous working experience?

If someone could help me it would be amazing as I don't really find much on the internet

Thanks a lot and have a good day!!

Hi everyone, I recently applied and they now invited me to an online assessment and video interview. Anyone who got through? Does anyone know if it is actually likely of them to hire no Finnish speakers? xx

I assume if they have read your CV or application and it does not say you speak a 2nd/3rd language and they have given you an interview, be it video, then they are ok with you not being Finnish speaking
