Hello Monipenny

I did the interview which was successful.
The day of the assessment they won't propose you a contract yet. Just a sheet to sign and send back for the training which is starting in January. I havent't heard about any other so far.

The contract they will propose provided we pass the tests during the training is a one-year contract (full time from April to October and part time - 50 to 70% of the roasters- November to March).

I couldn't find out what the salary would be! I've heard around 1500 € but I don't know if that includes the commissions on sales you usually get; and how much it would be during the low season.

Anyone has any ideas about it?

Have a good day :)

To answer some of the questions :) :)

There were only three of us who knew German language and two of us got hired, so I guess it's important for them. The two Spanish ladies that got hired were advised to study a little German before the training starts.

My training was supposed to start on 15.1. but it was pushed by 1 week to 22.1. If I rememeber correctly, the recruiters said there'll be another training in March (but maybe that was the arrival of the additional 2 aircrafts )

Contract isn't for a fixed time. Probation period is 2 months. During training, we'll be getting the minimum salary of 500e (7 weeks).

Basic salary is 1500 for crew and 1822 for cabin supervisors.
Flying allowance is 1.40/hour
After 205th sector, we'll be getting an additional 8.50e/sector
Additional salary on 30.6. and 30.11,
10% of onboard sales (food & duty free) goes to the whole crew.
