As for the allowances I only know what ive already mentioned on previous messages.

Bianca I am still thinking whether to apply or not. You are saying that you want to relocate to Mallorca and that you will sort out your own accommodation(rent) and transportation if you are being selected? Isn't it too expensive?

So far only the Company that will take care of your social security and ID for foregners :) And of course you have to pay for your travels to PMI.

What is the average age of candidates? I think that they hire very young people, in their twenties, early thirties....what about forties?

I really dont know about the average age group but im guessing there will be a variety of age differences...im on my late 30s so there you go :)

As for accomodation rental fees, Ive been told theres plenty reasonable offers between 300 t0 400 euros...casas.trovit.es has good choices

Has anybody gone yet to the interview? If so how was it? Any advice please?

Could anyone clarify the doubt I have about the salary?: is it the base salary 1500, and getting above that choks to choks 1,40/ hr plus commission ? How much world the average be per month after tax? Any idea ?
Is there a staff travel for employees ?

This is all I know for now;

Salary 1500 euros per month before tax - 1250 euros more or less after tax
1.40 euros per hour from chocks to chocks
10% commission of sales on board
In summer and winter you will get an extra salary of 1500 euros (before tax)
Out of the x amount of days off given, you can choose where to have 4 days off on a monthly basis
Short haul flights to UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria
2 year full time contract with the possibility of extending

it is not much...in fact is a very low salary...
I guess u know this because u know someone who is based there? is there any chance you could get the info of the average per month net salary? I do not want to seem greedy, I just have people to care for.. so for me it is important to know.
2 years contract is not much either... this is not written in their webpage, although they do state that if someone is applying for Vienna base... and the sallry there seems to be higher(also stated in their webpage)... lot higher...

Yes that is correct, the information provded is from a cabin crew that works there..
Net monthly between €1450-€1500, thats inlcuding the comission earned from sales on board and any other extras.

I would have loved to apply to the base in Vienna, but unfortunately I dont speak German ...
