I know the Application Questions should be personal, but what answers should I put to gain a place in the Assessment Day ?

Application Questions

Please give one specific example from your past experience when you have worked as part of a really good team. Describe the situation, your role, what happened, and what the result was. (Max 500 words)

The tip is already there in the questions! They really are quite simple....they are asking for you to demonstrate when you have worked well in a team and when you have provided excellent service, both of these are competencies that Etihad look for in their crew.
If they invite you to an Assessment then they will ask you many more questions like these so you need to prepare your examples from your personal work life. Nobody can give you tips when it comes to your personal examples.

Good luck.
