Since they projected they'd mnot recruit until December, if they do recruit sooner then it's very clear they are recruiting to replace the masses of (mostly senior) crew who are leaving.

In my lst month, on every flight there were at least 2 or 3 cabin crew and more often than not, one of the pilots resigning as well.
One A380 trip the entire business class crew were all working their notice period, it was insane

Seems that today they started their recruitment. But to begin with they started with those who have a active application from last year.
