Hi Jobo... I used to attend interview in bangkok. They call about 120 people per day , but at that time 2 days for prescreen, so it means 240... 24 passed to 2nd day interview and 16 left to Final interview... And 14 got Job... i heard that they change some process to be faster than before... Anyway good luck with ur Interview !!!

It shows here that the first interview is the most critical... from 240 only 24 were chosen...

After that, it seems easier because from 24 only 8 were eliminated and the last one is more of formality since  from 16, only 2 did not made it...

The question is, how do you stand out from the 240?  What are the traits of this 24 that made them go through the other applicants?

Well, only one more day before the KL open day... Wish me luck!

just got back from KL... ok here's how it went...

it started around 9am (as scheduled)... more than 200 attendees on the ballroom of Renaissance Hotel... there were 2 recruiters both of whom are previous CCs... one's name is Miki (an Indian) and Amelita (a Filipino)... the room was arranged in a way similar to a forum... meaning it was just one big group facing the speaker...

Amelita started it off by asking what are the traits of a cabin crew... I don't think they were observing us at that point because they don't even have our names nor our CVs... it was a casual discussion...

After that, they showed a "quite long" video about Dubai, Emirates and CCs... then a question and answer forum...

This I find odd since most of the questions pertains to the job itself.. a lot of the questions are about the benefits, do you get to select your route, can you choose your own flatmate... etc ect...  the questions just keeps pouring in and I was like "Hellooo... we are not in yet so can we just get on with the recruitment stuffs"

Anyway, around 11:15am... they started collecting CVs... there are 2 separate tables (one with Amelita and one with Miki)... you have to line up whichever you want then they will talk with u briefly... about 3 or 5 mins... the main point is just to collect your CV and photo...

Then they will call you for the actual interview... Amelita told me that they will probably call tonite (which she did'nt) or tomorow (hopefully!) if ever I made it for the actual interview...

That's all there is... now I have to wait...

If you have any question that I might have missed out, feel free to post it here... and I will try to answer if I can...
