It's mostly situational questions like 'give me an example where you gave great customer service' or 'give me an example of when you were given a certain type of feedback' just loads of questions like that, get someone to practice with you, make sure your answers are very detailed and that you keep smiling and enjoy it!!!! don't worry too much about the answers, I didn't think I did very well, but answered positively and in a friendly manner! good luck!

In your responses to the question keep the following in mind.
SARR. Situation- Clearly paint out the example situation that you are giving.
-Action- The action that you took in the situation
-Result and Reflection. Reflection is lessons that your learned from the
situation or things you may have done differently.

Good Luck. I did mine last week and it went great!

Did mine yesterday.. don't think i did too well as I felt I rambled a bit when answering the questions
