I am currently in the talent pool and was just wondering does anyone have any idea when training dates could be released or could take place?

i just spoke to a friend who works for easyjet and they said it could take months and months before you're given a date for training

I was also successful with the virtual interview however, not entirely sure when training will happen. Off topic but is there a difference between ‘talent pool’ and ‘talent community’ or are they both just fancy words for holding pool ahaa

I know I seen that on the email that they can hold us for up to 12 months before we get a training date and after that we have to reapply. I think with my base being smaller and less crew they’re more confident about training us this season with the new routes and newly based AC.

Hey! Congrats on getting through the assessment day ??
I would say be prepared it could take some months time for training and a start date.
All depends on how fast the industry recovers.
I have my AD coming up soon! For the Microsoft Teams, do they send you a code/invitation for the meeting a day before? How does it work? I can’t seem to find any information regarding that.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Faye!

Your links for both the teams call and your 1-1 will be displayed on the portal that you have been given. It’ll be like “group 1-link, Group 2- link” and so on. Just make sure you have one device for the tasks and one device for your teams call! All you will need for that day is the portal that you have been given!

It’s a very enjoyable day, lots of fun and recruiters are just the best!
