Is anyone else still waiting to hear back about an assessment day? I applied on the last day of recruitment for this particular role

God luck to anyone applying, If you enjoy baby sitting large groups of kids down route then this job is perfect. My friend who's a CSM now disassociates themselves and no longer socialises with the crew when down route for this very reason, as they've had countless issues and problems to sort out mainly due to alcohol. A great job if you were dealing with mature adults.

I think maybe our friend with the chip on her shoulder was back although the message has now gone. I have a couple of friends that are CSMs and they may have grumble now and then, but one thing I haven't heard them mention was trouble with crews getting drunk and making their lives harder.

Ofcourse, people will have the occasional room party, but each crew is different.

The very fact that the role of CSM is being offered externally as direct entry, just goes to show that they can't fill this role internally.
