Hiya
It says on the Virgin website that they do a "basic" disclosure. Cautions and spent convictions DO NOT come up on a basic disclosure as you are protected by the 1974 rehabilitation act.
Cautions however, will come up if you ever had to do an enhanced disclosure.
Oh and on the BA application form it specifically said that you do not need to declare any kind of caution, so im assuming that Virgins CRB is exactly the same to be able to get an airside pass!
