Does anyone know if you can apply to virgin if you have a couple of cautions on your record?
Can they see cautions on a crb check or is it just any convictions?

Hiya

It says on the Virgin website that they do a "basic" disclosure. Cautions and spent convictions DO NOT come up on a basic disclosure as you are protected by the 1974 rehabilitation act.

Cautions however, will come up if you ever had to do an enhanced disclosure.

Oh and on the BA application form it specifically said that you do not need to declare any kind of caution, so im assuming that Virgins CRB is exactly the same to be able to get an airside pass!

Hope this helps!

is it likely they would ask for an enhanced disclosure?

It states on the website that they request a basic disclosure so I wouldn't worry about a caution!
