Hi all I applied earler this year for cabin crew and sadly didn't get past AD. I rang HR asking if there was any way I could get feedback as I didn't know where I'd fallen over and I wanted to be able to work on my that area. I was told by a lovely person that I could request all info held by BA on me under the data protection and there would be a £10 admin fee they emailed me the address and I wrote a letter requesting info and about 2-3 weeks later I got a registered envelope with all the interview info. A little bit hard to understand all notes at first but I kept going over it and I think I fell over at the interview. Hope this help

All you will get is a word for word account of what was said. It will refresh your memory. You may be able to see the grade you got for each answer but it is purposefully done in a way so that you can't tell which marks are good or bad.

Anyway glad it helped you get it straight in your mind.

Really it is quite simple. You have to demonstrate in your answers that you know what good customer service is. You have to give an example that goes beyond normal customer service. You need to demonstrate that you are culturally aware and give an answer that shows this. You need to show you understand the benifit of feedback and give an example of when you were given feedback and what you learned from it. You need to show you understand BA goal of giving great customer service. Next time just think Customer customer customer in every thing you say and go armed with actual examples of your own great customer service.
