I had my AD on 12/10 and had the same as you now, I think it's just a waiting game to hear again after they do your reference check. I think it's just a questionnaire about your general fitness etc wouldn't think it would be like a crew medical but would be good if someone would confirm this.

well I'm sure if they've offered us conditional offers already it should be okay, its a year contract and from the AD I remember them saying that they're recruiting about 60 to 80 csr's also I was told by a manpower colleauge that the start dates in January I duno yh waiting game let's see good luck!

I am a bit miffed as although I passed the online tesst I still have not been invited to an Assessment Day I wish they would just let me know either way

I applied in March 2015, I didn't know they emailed to say you've passed the tests as I didn't receive anything, I had an email saying there was no more vacancies and then in September I received an email to book a phone interview. Its a waiting game!

It depends on the person really and how fast your references come back, just make sure you chase up the people who the reference has gone to and liase with Manpower as well.
