#542  First year pay  Posted 09/06/2019 at 10:28
So, I’ve just completed my first year at CityFlyer and thought I’d share some info about pay.

In my first year my gross pay has totalled £24.6k. The first two months pay is relatively low because you only get your basic pay during training, and flight duty pay is paid a month in arrears. Adding up the ten months where I received FDP, dividing by 10 and multiplying by 12 I get £26.2k

Take home (after tax, national insurance and pension) totals £20.3k. Lowest month was £1.2k, highest was £2k, highest without annual bonus was £1.9k.

I hope this information is useful.

Hi all! I've applied and been invited to assessment day but they're only doing assessments on one day at the moment and I'm unable to go on that date. Does anyone know if Cityflyer usually do more than one date of assessment days when they're recruiting?

I recently applied for the Cityflier vacancy too, but keep missing the phone calls as they want to hear more from me so that they can progress my application!
