#542  First year pay  Posted 09/06/2019 at 10:28
So, I’ve just completed my first year at CityFlyer and thought I’d share some info about pay.

In my first year my gross pay has totalled £24.6k. The first two months pay is relatively low because you only get your basic pay during training, and flight duty pay is paid a month in arrears. Adding up the ten months where I received FDP, dividing by 10 and multiplying by 12 I get £26.2k

Take home (after tax, national insurance and pension) totals £20.3k. Lowest month was £1.2k, highest was £2k, highest without annual bonus was £1.9k.

I hope this information is useful.

I recently applied for the Cityflier vacancy too, but keep missing the phone calls as they want to hear more from me so that they can progress my application!
