Just wondering, I've passed my AD and heard back a few days ago. Currently in the talent pool waiting for a training course.

How long did people usually have to wait for a training course? Bit nervous haha.

Cheers,
Alex

Congratulations! I was lucky enough to get a start date at the same time as receiving my job offer, four days after my assessment day but that was because a training course was starting 5 weeks later and my referencing was simple. As far as I know the next course starts in January or February.

Nope, it's done near LCY airport.

In fact, actually on-site at LCY plus two days in Zurich, and wet drill at a swimming pool in Essex

If I already have an EASA attestation do I still need to do swim test/wet drills during training?

Yes. It's all done in the space of an afternoon.
