I know it can be so hard when you are rejected, but keep your head up- you got through to the interview. Plus you now know what went wrong. There is always an opportunity if you feel like applying again :)

It isn't very nice being rejected. Infact, it's demoralising. Especially getting to the very last stage just to effectively throw it away for myself, hurts. Unfortunately feedback isn't available so I'm having to take an educated guess on exactly what I said incorrectly, or not in depth enough.

Are you referring to after the interview, or the horrible sending home bit after the grouo exercise and role play?

I found out that I was unsuccessful in less than 24 hours after the interview. Didn't take them long at all. Going through all of that and messing up the last but for myself is too much too take.

I won't be re-applying.

usually yes. i was told over the phone i was successful 2 weeks after my AD (my AD was jan 8th) but got the email with my start date last week. just sent off my references and done the welcome pack/ contract signing. over the moon ?? still crazy to think i got the job just after turning 18!
