I had my AD for BA CityFlyer on the 14/09/18 and got an email on the 18th saying I have been successful but they haven’t got any start dates for CityFlyer courses and I’m in the holding pool. What are the odds of them not actually offering me a position?

I have my course starting in January, I think we are one of the few groups who haven’t been pushed back plus most of us have our visas now and are complete with phase 1 referencing.

Good evening guys,
I am new on this forum and I have some questions regarding the BA process to start the course.
I had my interview on the 21th September and, after some days, they emailed me saying I successfully passed it.
They asked me the proof of my address and I sent it them straight away.
After that, I didn't receive any other news from them.
I tried to emeil BA once but again, with no response; could you please help me to understand how the process works and how long does it take to start collecting all the documents for the training course?
