I've been invited to an assessment day for BA but I'm really worried about the reach test. I'm about 5ft 3 and trying to reach 6ft 7 seems a bit of a push. Has anyone did the assessment and can advise me what the reach test entails? I know we can't go on tip toes but I've seen people say we can then grab the bar on tip toes and lower ourselves?

I'm just over 5 ft 2 and I panicked thinking I wouldn't be able to do the reach test and when I get there it was fine! There's basically a mock up over-head locker with a suitcase inside and all I had to do was reach the handle of the suitcase and I didn't even have to stretch too much! I did stretches beforehand aswell to be on the safe side but I probably didn't need to x

Hi. There Is an over head locker there and you just need to grab a suitcase. It’s actually lower then people think.
