Did you apply for LHR or LGW? I noticed that LGW has less dates than the LHR assessment days. I did e-mail BA recruitment as I was panicking myself, they are recruiting throughout the year so more dates will become available. If you have any doubts though just drop them a line, they are ever so helpful.

I had the assessment day for gatwick fleet on 23st but probably I'd need to change it. Did u try to swap your AD?

I haven't needed to change mine and don't intend to change it from the 9th April. Why don't you send them an e-mail to see if they can help you with changing the date? As I have said above, I find them really helpful and they are very quick at responding.

How long did you guys wait after onlines test for the result?

I submitted my application on the 4th October, had an e-mail straight away for the online assessment and then a further e-mail on the 5th October to book an Assessment Day. Finally have one booked, haha.
