I'd be a little more comforted if I'd had the standard email most others have had. I'm a little worried something has happened to my application to be honest. It's not so much the waiting now that's bothering me but the wondering if that's why I havent had the email. I just dont understand why they'd send it to the majority of people and not to a handfull. And it's not to do with when people applied, people on here who didnt get it were saying they applied all different dates, some before me and some after me so theres no logic. It's not like one person sugested, that they only sent it to those who'd been waiting longest. All it's done is cause more confusion for those that didnt get it. I wonder how many more people there are out there who dont know about this site/ forum who havent had it either? It's easy for people to say dont read too much into the fact you didnt get it, thats easy to say if you were one of the ones who received it and arent sitting at home worrying why you didnt! I'd gladly now be happy to have had the email and be waiting for them to get to me in the application process. At least I'd know what was going on!          Jump to Top

Thats so kind of you. x I had put a bit of a theory on a different thread and asked peoples opinion over the weekend and was maybe going to give VA a call tomorrow depending on the advice I got here over the weekend but despite well over 100 people having read the post not one has offered any thoughts or advice so I was kinda just stewing on it myself still!! ha! ha! It's probably a rubbish theory which is why no one has bothered to comment on it but you know what it's like when you dont know whats happening, your mind goes into over drive!          Jump to Top

I can see that you are driving yourself crazy over the email! It will only take a few seconds out of the recruiters day, and i'm sure it will give you peace of mind! I read someone did call them and due to the amount that have applied they may takr up ro 4 weeks to get back to people! I contacted them last week and was told the same, then got an email like others who said that our apps are still being processed and thanked me for my patience So yes for sure still upbeat, as I got an unsuccessful reply 6months previous 11hrs after submitting so, I am hoping to get an AD like all of us          Jump to Top

Just called them and they asked my name, checked and said for some reason some emails didnt send for whatever reason. Mine was one of them... My application is definitley there to be processed as normal along with all of yours so im happy now to play the waiting game!!          Jump to Top
